I have now worked with Kathy to buy houses and sell houses and both experiences have been smooth, fun and enjoyable. In the past when I have bought or sold properties it was a stressful process. Kathy does everything in her power to reduce this stress and explain how she expects the process to work going forward. This could be in the form of answering a late night phone call or sending me a text letting me know the status of particular renovations. Kathy is particularly adept at explaining the benefit and expected returns of any expenditures she recommends. For example, she recommended I update some kitchen appliances prior to selling. I didn't want to... it was too expensive and a pain. Kathy showed me comparative examples where previous sellers had updated vs. examples where sellers had not updated. She made it crystal clear the cost/benefit of updating, without coming across as pushy. Ultimately, her advice was right and the updated kitchen played a direct role in the ease of selling my townhouse and in the final price we were able to receive. This is just one example of Kathy holding my hand through the process. There are many, many more. Like the time I didn't want to pay a landscaper to make my yard pretty so Kathy showed up the next day with rakes and mulch and made me do it.

I can't imagine an agent doing a better job than Kathy. I really can't.
